By accessing or using Snapnode ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and contributors.
Snapnode provides an AI-powered embeddable chat and voice support widget for businesses. The Service includes a dashboard for managing your widget, knowledge base, leads, analytics, and team members. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
Snapnode operates on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Free trial credits are provided once per account. Paid credits are processed through Stripe and subject to their terms. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You agree not to use Snapnode to: send spam or unsolicited messages, engage in illegal activities, impersonate others, collect user data without consent, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, or use the Service to harm others. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
You retain ownership of your data. By using Snapnode, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Chat conversations and lead data are stored securely. You can export or delete your data at any time via your dashboard.
If you use our API, you must comply with our API usage policies. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend API access if misused. Third-party integrations (Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI) are subject to their respective terms of service.
Snapnode and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Snapnode and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without explicit permission.
White label and reseller features are available on Business plan and above. You may rebrand Snapnode for your clients but may not claim to have built the underlying technology. You are responsible for your clients' compliance with these terms.
Snapnode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request a data export before account deletion. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
